NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of St. Peters will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the St. Peters Justice Center. The St. Peters Justice Center is located at the intersection of Suemandy Drive and Grand Teton Drive (1020 Grand Teton Drive). The Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend and the Board of Aldermen may approve the rezoning below. All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written and oral comment. The subject site is located on the north side of I-70 North Service Road, east of Spencer Road, and west of Route 370.
