Holland Construction Services began work on the Mill Creek Flats Luxury Apartments, the third and final phase of the Steelcote Square development in ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™ midtown neighborhood.
The development project by Pier Property Group includes Steelcote Lofts and Steelcote Crossing, and rehabbed the Steelcote Paint Co. building and the Columbia Oil building.
Mill Creek Flats, at 812 South Theresa Avenue, north of Chouteau Avenue, is a $25 million, six-story apartment building that will include 105 apartments, a two-story structured parking garage, 10,000 square feet of retail space and amenities such as a fitness center, pet spa, rooftop pool and green space. The project was designed by Trivers.
Holland also is working on a project for Pier Property Group called the Flats at Dorsett Ridge. The $45 million, 218-unit luxury apartment complex in Maryland Heights is expected to be completed later this year.
