BRENTWOOD聽鈥 Commercial real estate firm L3 Corp. has named Rick Spector its new president, the company announced Thursday.
Spector joined L3 Corp. from JLL in 2019. He takes over the role from founder Craig Wielansky, who has assumed the role of chairman of the company.聽

Wielansky started L3, which focuses on retail, 27 years ago. It is based in Brentwood.聽
