BRENTWOOD聽鈥 The prominent personal injury firm Onder Law聽is buying CIBC Place, a glass high-rise office building at Interstate 64 and Brentwood Boulevard.
The firm will take up the building's remaining 6,500 square feet of vacancy for a new office, though firm founder Jim Onder said it had not yet determined how many employees will work out of the location. He will keep his Webster Groves headquarters.
鈥淚t's an iconic building in 蜜芽传媒,鈥 he said.聽鈥淚'm proud to be part of the building's history.鈥
Onder is buying the property, at 1401 South Brentwood, from Altus Properties, which has owned it since 2016. The deal is expected to close next week, he said.
Onder declined to share the purchase price.
Altus, which has an office in 蜜芽传媒, declined to comment.聽
